WHO WE ARE
Shōjō Group is a team based in the Boston area and neighboring cities that specializes in restaurants with Asian flair and culture. Led by the son of entrepreneurial immigrants, Brian Moy opened his first venture, Shōjō, next door to China Pearl in 2012, serving contemporary Asian small plates and creative cocktails; it quickly became a fixture amongst adventurous, urban diners. In 2017, Brian opened Ruckus, a pan-Asian noodle bar adjacent to Shōjō where guests can enjoy hip-hop-inspired food in a fast-casual setting. And in 2019, the team opened a second location of Shōjō at Boston Logan International Airport’s Terminal C. 2021 will bring another concept to the Shōjō Group with Nomai, a new restaurant located at Hingham’s Derby Street development. 2022 brings 3 more locations to the Shōjō Group family, with sister locations of Shōjō opening in Cambridge, Seaport and Lowell.
